1. Got up very early
2. Waited
3. Put my target between me and the rising sun
4. Waited
5. Then let the motor drive do its thing when the action started.
If you check the properties I thin you will find this image was taken around 6am

No that was the wave that crashed on the rocks - I just waited. I was shooting other nature shots between the action so I didn't get too sleepy
